Need a quick and easy way to calm down? Heard of 'Box Breathing'?

Have you heard of 'Box Breathing'? It's a very quick and effective way at managing anxiety and stress. Focusing on our breath is a resource that is immediately available to us and is free! Unlike medications that can only be taken daily, breathing exercises can be done as frequently as you like during the day. The idea is to breathe in for four counts (while visualizing an arrow going up the left hand side of a box or square. Hold the breath for four counts (while visualizing an arrow going horizontally from left to right. Breathe out for four counts (while visualizing an arrow going vertically from top to bottom of the box and finally hold for a further four counts while the arrow moves from right to left of the box.
